The Journey
Joining WCWW (2021)
Rahul joined We Can We Will Foundation while studying in 11th–12th Commerce. Coming from a family of five, he faced limited academic resources and uncertain career prospects. WCWW provided not just academic support but also mentorship that helped him see beyond his circumstances.
Academic Completion
Rahul completed his HSC (12th standard) with 53% and went on to graduate with a B.Com degree. While his scores may not have been exceptional on paper, his willingness to continue learning and growing set him apart.
Discovering a Vocation
Through work experience, Rahul discovered a strong aptitude for technical, hands-on work. He gained practical skills in AC servicing and repair, including experience with LLOGN Company, which gave him real-world industry exposure and confidence in his abilities.
Stable Employment
Today, Rahul works as an AC Technician, specialising in servicing and repairing air conditioning units. He has found a stable livelihood in a growing trade — proving that vocational skill and determination can create meaningful employment opportunities.
The Dream Ahead
Rahul's long-term goal is to start his own AC service business. With the technical expertise, work experience, and entrepreneurial mindset he has built, he is well on his way to turning that dream into reality.
Vocational direction and the right support can lead to stable employment and a fulfilling career — even without advanced academic certifications. Rahul's journey is proof of that.
