A Journey of Academic Excellence & Leadership
Mohd Shohel Khan's story is one of academic achievement, community leadership, and a purposeful transition into the world of technology. Joining We Can We Will Foundation in 2021 from a large family of eight, Shohel brought with him an exceptional academic record and a quiet determination to make a meaningful impact — both within WCWW and in his career.
The Journey
Joining WCWW (2021)
Shohel joined We Can We Will Foundation in 2021, coming from a family of eight. Despite limited resources, he had already demonstrated exceptional academic potential — and WCWW provided the environment where that potential could flourish further.
Academic Achievement
Shohel achieved an outstanding 93.06% in his SSC (10th standard) examinations — a score that reflected not just intelligence but genuine dedication to his studies. He went on to complete his HSC with 64.08% and is currently pursuing his Final Year B.Sc. in Data Science at KES College.
Giving Back — Teaching at WCWW
Rather than simply receiving support, Shohel chose to give back. He worked as a 10th-grade teacher at WCWW, mentoring younger students with the same care and commitment he had received. His experience in the classroom deepened his understanding of how education can transform lives.
Data Analysis at WCWW
Shohel also assisted with data analysis work for the organisation — applying his technical skills in a real-world, social impact context. This experience bridged his academic learning and professional ambitions, giving him a head start in his chosen field.
Founding Data File Inside
Shohel founded Data File Inside — a platform reflecting his passion for data and his entrepreneurial spirit. He is currently working in financial consulting while simultaneously building toward his long-term goal of becoming a Data Scientist.
The Road Ahead
With his final year of B.Sc. Data Science underway, a growing professional portfolio, and a clear career vision, Shohel is on a trajectory that exemplifies what focused ambition and community support can achieve together.
Academic growth, leadership development, and a clear career vision — Shohel's story shows that with the right support, students don't just rise to the occasion. They become the occasion for others to rise.
- We Can We Will FoundationA Message for Students
Shohel's story is a reminder that your best contribution is not just your own success — it is what you do for others along the way. Whether you teach one student, analyse one dataset, or start one small venture, every step builds on the last.
If you have ambition, a willingness to work, and a community that believes in you — the possibilities are limitless.
